Details of our rooms, prices and booking terms
- We have two double bedded rooms and one twin room. All rooms have ensuite facilities, also TV and hairdryer. We have private parking on site.
- The cost is £27.50 per person per night sharing, or £45.00 for single person occupancy, including home cooked breakfast using locally-sourced produce whenever possible.
- Children under 12 stay for half price when sharing with an adult.
- We offer a 10% discount if you plan to stay for longer than three nights.
- Check in is available after 4 pm unless a previous arrangement has been made. Please telephone us on the day of arrival to give us on approximate time of arrival.
- We are pleased to accept payment in £ Sterling or € Euro. We also can also accept payment on line with Paypal

Cancellations
Whilst we hope that nothing will interrupt your plans to enjoy a visit to the Isle of Skye, please note that we do operate the following cancellation policy:
- Up to two weeks before start of stay no further payment due.
- Cancellation within one week of start of booking 50% of total cost payable if rooms are not re-let.
- Cancellation within two days of start of booking total cost payable if rooms are not re-let.
